Fingerprint Scanner: If you're experiencing inconsistency with the fingerprint scanner, we recommend registering the same fingerprint multiple times. This can improve recognition accuracy, especially if there was any movement during the initial setup.
Auto Lock Function: The auto-lock feature is customizable through the Auslock app, allowing you to adjust the timing or turn off the feature entirely. To manually lock the door, simply press and hold the hash (#) button until the door locks.
Alarm Feature: The alarm is designed to enhance security by alerting you to unauthorized access attempts. We understand it can be surprising, but it's an important feature to protect your home.
App Accessibility: While the app currently supports one user per device, we're constantly working on updates to improve functionality and user experience.
