Installation

No, a separate charge shall apply for installation service that you can book through Aus Smart Locks or one of our approved dealers.

Check the installation of the lock, and make sure that the cable was installed properly and plugged in securely. Follow the user manual and verify if the spindle of the lock is installed correctly.

Battery & Power

Batteries can last between 10 and 12 months, depending on the type and number of batteries and usage.

Yes, you can open the door in two ways:

  • Charge the lock using a power bank with an Android cable, then use your card, fingerprint or password
  • Use the manual override key provided

Yes, as smart locks are battery-powered, the locking mechanism continues working despite power failures.

Security & Access

Your initial master password is '0000', and you can change it as per the user manual instructions.

Our smart locks allow you to create and store multiple unique user codes, fingerprints and RFID cards. Please refer to the user manual for specific limits.

Yes, you can unlock your smart lock from anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection and Gateway device installed.

Compatibility

Currently, our smart locks work with Alexa and Google Home. We're working on Siri integration for future release.

All Android phones (Android 4.3 or later) and iPhones (iOS9 or later) are compatible with our smart lock's Bluetooth.
