Very disappointing service. The lock still isn’t installed yet even though I paid extra for install and have emailed numerous times so cannot get comment on the quality.
We were recommended this lock by this business on the basis that it would fit the existing screw holes in our door as we are replacing a Samsung smart lock. I’ve sent 3 email to arrange a return & refund before leaving a review & have received nothing back. Cannot recommend this company, we’re now stuck with a $500 piece of equipment we can’t use.
