We purchased this lock online following attending the Home Show in Melbourne. We received no confirmation of delivery dates or next steps for over 3 weeks. We tried to call the customer service phone number several times and also left several messages and go no response until late April when just got an email response to say installation had been scheduled. We are happy with the lock and the installer but unhappy with the poor customer service experience.
Sad to say that the finger print option is not providing reliable! Worlds for my partners finger (ie larger finger print) but not reliable for me or a friend who is house sitting. Have tried and retried. Need some help!
This is a smart deadbolt lock , i love that it has the deadbolt and has multiple ways of using it , key pad , key , keycard, remote and you can have multiple person having their own code to enter. It did take a bit of back and forth to finally get it installed by the company however once they were here they were efficient and patient in showing me how to use it .
So overall it is worth the price.

I purchased a lock from this company 4 weeks ago and paid for installation. Iβve tried calling and emailing them they simply wonβt respond or contact me back. I wish I never purchased from them because the process is an absolute headache.I wouldnβt recommend buying from them because they take your money then disappear. Iβve had family and friends interested in buying a smart lock as well but fortunately I told them all to stay away from AU smartlock and go elsewhere. Iβm very annoyed and feel Iβve lost my $1200, I wish I never purchased from them!!
Your installer will not fit, and after sending pics before ordering no one mentioned to check if it was a fire door!
Not happy and want to return for full credit please.

Very disappointing service. The lock still isnβt installed yet even though I paid extra for install and have emailed numerous times so cannot get comment on the quality.
The T11B is so easy to install and was good replacement for an existing internal deadbolt on my master bedroom door. The pin code function works perfectly and the fingerprint access has worked perfectly ever single time we have tested it.
I needed something that my wife could unlock without a key for the times that I lock her out of the bedroom when I've a few too many....and yes that has happened once before and she couldn't find the key.
I paid extra for installation- the lock arrived but still waiting for installation after more than one week.
Love this entry handle, very stylish and functional. Easy enough to install if you know what youβre doing. Great options for lots of different ways to enter. Only issue is that thereβs no function to leave it βunlockedβ if you just duck out quickly, and access to the manual Key is tricky. But overall, love it
We all love it from the kids that forget their keys to my husband who often has his hands full to me with the dead bolt. We feel very safe and secure.
1. If an item isnβt in stock it should say so when ordering, or you should be notified early
2. If you say a lock will fit a door width using the chat feature then it should fit, an not require having to buy longer spindles, couplings and screws (which were hard to find)
3. Keypad and fingerprint are almost impossible
To use in the rain, will need to find a cover.

My honest review after having the product for 17 daysβ¦
The Slimline Lock looks good but it needs fitting on the door like I paid for - No good in a box.
No reply as to when this will be done despite numerous messages left.
I shall review this review once it gets done.
All I have is a request for this review. They keep sending this request with the question, β Where do you need installation?β
Iβd like to answer but canβt because there is no option to answer, just an option to write this review.
So I have not had anything installed despite making a payment over a month ago.
Purchase never arrived and no call returned when I left a message to follow up!
