We are very happy with the lock - it seams to be well built and I had no problems connecting to my phone. The installation instructions are a bit vague...so it was a bit fiddly to install, the instructions probably make sense to a locksmith, but not to someone that is installing the lock for the first time, other than that, I fully recommend the lock and would purchase it again.
Customer service was very helpful with providing the right lock, installer did good job and even did clean up after installation
The finger print scanner works a few time then it doesn’t. You can’t instantly lock the door you have to wait for auto lock. If you fail with the finger print or code it automatically sets of an annoying alarm. Not very impressive at all. We installed on our back door. We have another digital deadlock on the front door which is fabulous. Thankful we did install this lock on the front door. Only one person can downloaded app on phone which is useless.

Well-built lock, found installation quite easy, even with the lackluster Chinese to English instructions....BUT...
You cannot manually lock the door from inside, you need to use app, or open door and lock then shut it again.
'Privacy' lock does nothing more than turn off the electronics, you have to lock from outside or use app.
While lifting handle engages the deadbolt, it does not lock the door.
